Thrugh Leadership Academy - Demo Acct

Thrugh Leadership Academy is a 1- 40 week leadership development program designed to strengthen participants’ leadership capacity and soft skills through structured learning and practical application. The program combines weekly workshops or micro-learning sessions with quarterly capstone challenges and continuous one-on-one coaching and mentorship. Participants who meet the certification criteria including attendance, capstone completion, evaluations, coaching hours, and a personal growth reflection receive a "Leadership Certificate", and eligibility to advance into senior leadership modules.
